Terrible service, and a total rip off.
This is the most dishonest person I have ever met. 5 years ago he added an addition onto my home for about $17,000. 5 years later; the floors are falling in and tile cracking. Slowly Overtime, a Mistake made by this man and his “crew” they didn’t fill in a gutter pipe they cut has slowly leaked water over time underneath causing mold, mildew and rot. First I'd like to say they did a fantastic job for us. They did everything I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the type of service they provide. After getting 3 estimates and one wanting to tear down our existing structure to charge an amount like rebuilding a house Mike gave us a price within our budget and a beautiful outcome if u want good service and reasonable prices he's the guy. MMC Contracting has performed a number of remodeling and repair jobs for me, in my home and, also, in my commercial building. Every one of these projects has turned out to exceed my expectations. They replaced a commercial floor in one of the rooms of our medical office building. The work was so good, that when an outside reviewer for the company that was leasing the space reviewed the job, they said it was outstanding.
