I, like most people who come to Memorial Cancer & Hematology Center, was worried. Every single staff person as well a the doctor put me at ease. They were kind, patient, and professional. They have earned my trust, and that's no small thing.
I would like to just say the staff at the MMC Oncology Center were very professional and caring. I had no issues during my treatment period. I love that they always answer the phone right away instead having to go through robo voice answering to reach someone. I also would like to give praise to team who run the radiation room, they were just awesome, always making you comfortable.
Dr Ahmed is just outstanding and his staff is very knowledgeable and helpful ! I only wish their appointment system could send text messages with times and locations because it gets really confusing when it has to be done through a phone call
