Bought a Milwaukee Belt Sander. Great customer service and the tool repair guy, Mike, is the best of the best! He is the reason we will continue to buy tools and get them repaired if/when needed and M&M.
Amazing TOOL REPAIRS!! You have to take your tool to them -- they tear it down, diagnose it, check for the retail-part-pricing access and quote extremely fair prices for the full repair. If you choose not to get it repaired you come get it or you tell them and they will dispose of it for you!. GREAT PERSONALITIES -- GREAT TEAM. Worth your trip!
The only place in town I’ll buy tools. Since Arie took over this place he has done an incredible job with making it a great place for tools and repairs.
Customer service was not very helpful. I had to call to get an invoice sent to me. It was not sent automatically like it was supposed to be. I was told 5-8 business days but part didn't show up for 3 weeks.
