I'm lead to believe they're misleading collections agencies. What has moved me to this conclusion is I'm constantly receiving their collections bills. I've attempted to have it changed multiple times but it keeps coming. This has been ongoing for a few months now with no change from this company or the collection agencies. If M&M Thermal has issues with this review, I'll be happy to post photos as this is ridiculous.

They have no patience to train you. Famous for hiring people to get there big orders out and letting you go before your 3 months. You will think things are going good they will tell you your doing awesome then let you go. That is a shady way to do things.
