I'm not sure where these one-star reviews are coming from... BUT I can confidently and wholeheartedly say that working Hayley and Matt was a dream. We frequently do VA loans, and we get some sticklers for VA appraisers, but we had the absolute best experience with M&M - they are on the ball with everything: communication, timeliness, courtesy, and all-around service! Couldn't recommend a better VA appraisal company!
Why did I not read the reviews! I could not agree more with the 2 previous review! We experienced the same thing. Matt was friendly, but overlooked many things. Also absent from reality, it's 2022 not 2012. Not the man to use for an appraisal.
I recently had an appraisal done by Matt with M&M and so many things were missed. Comparable's in my culdesac that sold in July were not used, large negative adjustments were made and just a generally sloppy appraisal. Disappointed with the outcome and when I called to request changes, although he was nice, my hands got slapped for calling the appraiser for information. Not only did we have to back out of the sale of our house because of the low ball estimate that was given to us by this company, we in turn had to pull the offer on a house we were trying to purchase. I can not recommend this company less. They were chosen by the VA lender for our buyers and this man valued our house at $45,000 less than the sale price. OMG You could not pick a worst appraisal company. Unskilled, limited knowledge, and just WRONG. You don't get to pick, but if this is who you get, be prepared to be disappointed and frustrated. The loan officers and the Clark county assessors are way more actuate . If this is who your loan company picks, request another company. He is terrible.
