This company is a really big joke! The landlord that I previously had sold the property and the new owner went through them and must not know how rude and disorganized they are. They are also racist and will lie on tenants they don’t keep up with maintenance on the properties like they are supposed to. Lousy business practices. Horrible to rent from them (we did, for three years), and now that we own our own house they're sending scammy google maps photos of my house to try to pressure me to sell. Having lived in their houses, I know they're just in it to shoddily flip or rent the house. They're actively undermining a neighborhood with good folk in it with these pressure tactics.
