They’re charging residents $60 to have access to the water shut off for their unit. $60 to prevent damage to units. And in their responses to consumers on this site, they repeatedly lie.
I called them and asked them to please remove this pile of gravel and leaves that was brushed down. They ignored the request and it all blew all over the parking lot for over a month. The Guy who runs our meetings deletes HoA member questions from the zoom chat and then mutes board members who try to talk if he doesn’t like their answer. He is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I accidentally paid my HOA twice this month because auto-pay did not take it out on the first and I was concerned about paying it late. Both payments went through I contacted them for a refund on one and they answered twice. Once to say they'll refund, second to say they would send a check. I called and emailed asking when the check would be sent with ZERO replies. It's been almost a month with no help. Whenever I purchase my next home, I will make sure HOA is not through this company.
