Cindy and Brad have been so helpful with us. They’re communicative, responsive, and thorough. This is truly the best property management company I’ve ever enjoyed working with. They really do have your best interest in mind. Highly recommend!

We've rented from M and M Properties for 2 years now, and intend to renew our lease. M and M has always been really good to us. We once got locked out of our apartment on a weekend evening and they came and got us a spare key. They've always been kind, professional and willing to work with us, even when times were hard. I greatly appreciate their business. It's refreshing to find a good landlord in Utah
M&M properties have been great since we moved in! We just had Tina stop by for the renewal inspection and she was great! Everyone in the office has been super helpful as well, Cindy, Brad and Marie. Definitely recommend!
