M&M Properties have been great! They were very organized when it came to the touring and leasing process. Cindy has been great to work with in the office, and Brad has been awesome for matters at the property. I will recommend M&M to anyone I know looking to rent!
We have been renting with M&M for 6 months now. Everybody we have worked with is very pleasant. M&M has impeccable communication, which Is hard to find with property management companies. They take care of any needs immediately. We just had an inspection walkthrough done with Tina who was very kind. We are excited to sign on for another 6 months!
Our experience with the M & M team has been great so far. Requests are taken care of fairly quickly, and Cindy is very responsive. We also had our inspection today, and Tina made the process much easier and less stressful. They’ve been wonderful to work with.
Tina has been really great to work with. She is kind and friendly, and made me feel comfortable during the inspections. M&M has been easy to communicate with and responsive with repairs when needed. They have been polite when we have spoken with them.
I am really impressed with M&M. They are always quick to assist with any problems that arise. Tina in particular has been very kind and helpful. I just had my inspection and she was very comforting during the process. The office team has also been very organized and communicative. I have never felt left behind, or that any of my concerns didn’t matter. They always have a quick response and provide a solution.
