we’ve been with M&M properties for about 2 and a half years and it’s been great. Tina was great when she stopped by for the inspection, and maintenance is always quick and easy

They asked for a $10,000 deposit despite my credit score being over 620, no evictions, and no felonies—all because I’m self-employed. This feels discriminatory, and honestly, I believe there was more behind their decision than they claimed. The whole experience was frustrating and unfair. M&M Properties managed a beautiful home in East Sandy that my wife and I lived in. Over the years, we’ve both owned and rented.
