My experience with papyrus equities so far: (125 Belmont ave) Neighbors leaving trash on the hallways FOR MONTHS. I’ve asked for help kindly. Management won’t do anything about it. We got flies because of it, and, let’s not talk about the smell. It’s an embarrassing situation and it’s totally out of my control. All they do is threat with a fine but they don’t actually take action. (Empty threats) Roof leaks every year, they take months to fix it. Parking lot it’s a big mess. Think they switched their name to Springfield Gardens...thank God I don't rent from them! Hard to get someone on the phone also VERY slow to fix things...one of my kids rents from them! Very unprofessional...IMO!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Please save yourself time and the headaches! I had a signed lease to move in May 1st when May 1st came the apt was not ready and the renovations hadn't even started. The leasing agent then said May 15th and again it wasn't ready. Ended up moving in May 28th. There is no wire connection for cable, there are no light switches so you have to buy lamps all around.
