I discontinued Service because they charged me $600 for two small drip lines that took 15 minutes to install. $300 was for the drip lines and $300 for service when I appealed, they wouldn’t budge. I have to wonder if the individual handling the invoices isn’t pocketing some of that money herself. The owner appears to be oblivious to what’s happening in billing.

I had a terrible experience with them. They are extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I hired them when I first moved in my house a few years ago. It is hard to find someone pick up the phone after you signed the contract. Additionally, they always skipped service, even their contract said so. For example, they would say they mow your lawn 3 or 4 times during one month, depending on the weather. It is always less than 3 times.
