Fantastic company that takes good care of its longtime customers. I've been using their Bump Patrol aftershave for many years, and recently had a minor product issue that I emailed them about. Their response was prompt, polite, detailed, helpful, and Patrol Grooming even shipped me out a replacement bottle of the product for free when I didn't even ask for it.
