Please do not come here I’ve had to ask several times for techs to open a new self-sealing sterilization pouch, BE CAREFUL! I’ve seen them multiple times reusing the same bags . They are required to open a new vouch for every new customer . It happened to me yesterday and I asked kindly he went to the back he said it was new he ended up cutting part of my skin and he did it to two fingers. I was scared it was going to get infected, and I told him that’s why he needs to use new pouches but he didn’t seem to care .

I brought my mom and I for a pedicure. The techs did a great job, very detail oriented. 10 min massage which was relaxing. I wanted to love this place, but I was uncomfortable with the fact they use the same nail files, pumice stone, and drill bits for everyone. The efile my tech used to remove my polish was already covered in nail dust and you can see the dead the skin still left on the Foot Rasp. They quickly spray the cuticle cutters with alcohol, that seems to be the extent of their sanitizing.
