If I could give negative stars, I would! I went in for a full set. The lady got the tips glued on, shaped them, and was working on the acrylic on one hand. Until I noticed the other hand… every single tip was cracked or broken. I stopped her and showed her. She said “it’s okay.” And then tried to go back to the acrylic. I stopped her again and began inspecting the hand she was working on, and the exact same thing was happening with them - cracks that she had just laid acrylic over. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here was absolutely terrible. The lady was so aggressive the entire time—she didn’t just ruin my nails; she ruined my entire day. My nails were literally bleeding, and I left with no cuticles. It was so bad I thought it might take divine intervention to save my nails from the damage she caused. I asked for square nails, but what I got was a crooked, uneven mess that looks absolutely horrid. My nails are the shape of trapezoids, literally. I will never come back here. ... read more

I went in without an appointment to get gel nails done, and was seated pretty quickly considering that I was a walk in. The nails were done well, and were painless; other nail places in Demopolis have scratched me or made me bleed while either filing the nails or trimming the cuticles. My nails were done quickly, and have held up extremely well. The service was great, and I'd definitely come back.
