Matt has been a godsend. I operate a CILA for the developmentally disabled in Lincoln. We first found M&M when our normal electrician failed to respond to our phonecalls. Not only was Matt very responsive (he almost always answers the phone and does not send you to VM, but if you do have to leave a message he responds same day!) he was very quick to get our installation done. My A/C went out on Thursday night. I called right before they were closing to see the chances of getting someone out the next day. He gave me a couple tips/advice to try on my frozen pipes (in hopes I would not need help). Unfortunately, it was a motor issue - on my dinosaur of a furnace. The work was done fast and professionally (costing less than the estimate). I would highly recommend and will use again (had him shoot me an estimate to place my whole heating/cooling system).
