Hard tough works with poor low hourly wages for machine operators. The supervisors are racist and disrespectful especially on me, my wife and other Asian Americans unless you are Hispanic, African Americans and Whites.

it's a great company to work for... only thing that I don't understand about the company is they recommend that you use"T cards" for suggestions or improvement, I put in one about 6 or 7 months ago with a suggestion on improving the point system,when it was finally mentioned it said that it was " in process" and it was never brought up again... I understand what in process means but what is M & M's definition... please let me know....

Just last week, I had the opportunity to sit down for dinner next to the president of the company. My excitement to work in this family has only increased over the last two years, and it was easy for him to see. They have been great company for metal fab, since 70's. Don't know to many at new location, but quality is still great.
