This place is a fraud! I started the process to attain a box with these people in Feb, 22 was charged even through the required documents were NEVER sent (because I ultimately didn't need the service) I was charged again in March, I called in April (spoke with a younglady who assured me that everything was canceled and that I would NOT be charged) only to be charged yet again! I see the owner likes to give excuses and go back with people who leave responses so I'm looking forward to the rebuttal! This company needs to refund... read more

Poorly run. He closed his business that was near 24th and Thomas without any notice. I don't know where my mail went. He had business that were unreasonable. Closed at 1pm or 2pm with no after hrs access to my mailbox. I work 7am to 7pm.

SCAM. They held my drivers license and government ID mails for weeks with no way to pick it up. Showed up twice and they were closed. Called 11 times it’s not picked up. I reported this business to the business bureau and anytime mailbox corporate office. It’s highly illegal what they are doing.
