Technician completed a thorough inspection and maintenance of unit inside the home and outside. Unit is in need of a part that needs to be ordered and indicated I will be contacted by the home office shortly to order the part. I was very happy with the tech and his confidence.
M&M has been doing most of our HVAC work both from medical offices too 64 unit apt complex. Projects ranging from 50k too 900k. Nick and all his crew are very professional and take pride in there work. Project are completed in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service from the people doing the scheduling to the service workers. The guys that came out were prompt, courteous, considerate, and fixed the problem with my air conditioning fan very quickly. They checked everything else out associated with my problem before leaving and called me to explain it all… I already out this company on my list of house repairs companies. Thank you M&M
