Overall they did a good install on an over $4,000 job. However, I was surprised that they never asked for my feedback once the job was completed. In fact, no one ever called to see if I was satisfied. So I went ahead and sent some unsolicited feedback about how the job could have been done somewhat better. That was two weeks ago and the manager has not replied or even acknowledged my concerns. Whats up with that?
