Our refinished oak floors look great & the whole process was smooth & easy. The office staff are friendly & efficient. Getting the estimate was quick & price was good. The technicians were friendly, kept us informed about what to expect, progress & stayed on schedule. Good experience all around.

M&M floors staff are easy to work with, do things when they say they will do them and do a good job of cleaning up when they’re done. We have used M&M multiple times over the years, and I found the level of service and quality of work to be consistent each time. Did not perform the work as stated. They were responsive in bid process, but nearly impossible to get ahold of after the work. I had to continually call and email for weeks. A project manager inspected the job and agreed that the work was not completed to his satisfaction. Areas were not sanded flats. Boards were not replaced as stated during bid.
