My appointment was at 2pm I arrived at 1:58pm was waiting for two hours some one else came in about 10 to 15 minutes after me with a 2pm appointment also. you would think that if you got two booked appointments for the same time, you would take the first 2pm who was early there but no after waiting so long they decided to take the individual who came in at 2:15 late on his appointment before me. I made my appointment in person directly with Mook 2 weeks in advance for Sunday at 1pm. When I texted and called the day before to confirm my appointment, I received no response. Hours before my appointment he responds by moving it to 3pm. After which he proceeds to not call or show up while I waited 2 more hours for him outside his shop.
