I have used M&M for two insurance claims and will never use another contractor. The first was dealing with an inside water leak that the insurance said was not covered- They were there on the weekend to immediately help me get everything patched up so we could move forward- and then Marc helped with insurance to get a full approval. After a hail storm Marc helped get FULL repairs and replacements to the entire property.
Work was great but the follow up and completing 100% with insurance company did not happen. I was and still am left hanging with an open insurance claim 2 yrs after the fact and can't get a response from anyone.
