The pest inspector who came was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. But M&M’s back office is a mess, so much so it makes me not want to hire them again. It’s been six weeks since my visit and they still haven’t cashed the check I gave them. I’ve followed up many times. They tried to pin it on the fact that the inspector who took the check was out sick for a bit, but he returned to work two weeks ago and the company still hasn’t processed my payment.
