The pest inspector who came was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. But M&M’s back office is a mess, so much so it makes me not want to hire them again. It’s been six weeks since my visit and they still haven’t cashed the check I gave them. I’ve followed up many times. Professional, friendly, hardworking, I would never use any other company for any type of pest problem.
This company was incredible from start to finish. I keep a clean place and sealed major cracks but still had a roach issue so I decided to call M&M. They were so helpful and accommodating from the beginning. I did the assessment and extermination treatment and Samuel (the teammate they sent) was meticulously thorough and kind, giving me helpful tips along the way, and we were able to find the source - a crack in the radiator.
