Rang up asked if they had what I needed and the guy on the phone was very switched on as what I needed. Went in 20 mins later and all sorted.
Negligent in electrical advice and poor customer relations. Trying to blame a LED’s failure to replace an incandescent because it’s wattage is lower.

Needed 3 special SAL LED replacement bulbs in DL colour. Very helpful assistant who served me quickly, politely and at a good price. Recommended.
