I am a new patient at Collective Smiles and my first visit was was great, everyone I met was very nice and helpful. I will be back a few times over the next few months, to get some work done and I am looking forward to more of the same.
I never leave reviews but I felt the need to warn people not to spend their money and time going to Dr. Murillo. First, my son and I had been going to Dr. M for over 6 years with zero issues. However, this past year (2022) has felt much different. The front desk staff is incompetent, and can never give you accurate information. This dentist prioritizes making money over patient care by overprescribing expensive procedures that other dentists say you don’t need. They are also either too busy or inefficient. I spent 2 hours there and 90 minutes was just me waiting in the chair, not receiving any treatment and staring at the ceiling while they help other patients.
I've been a patient of Dr. Murillo for about ten years. I am extremely happy with her services and her staff. What a nice group of people! I brought my elderly father here for extensive dental work, and they all took wonderful care of him, and he loved going to see them. I highly recommend Dr. Murillo and I have recommended her office to my friends.
Fantastic work ladies. Fastest and best looking crown replacement I have ever experienced ! One down and one to go. This is a breeze. Can't say enough how much I appreciate the excellent work the staff and Dr. Murillo do.
