I had schedule M & M to clean our carpets. Once Max arrived and walked into our house he could seem dog urine. He walked around the house with a black light and reviewed all the problems area. And instead of just trying to clean the carpet, he was very honest and highly suggested that we buy new carpet. So I feel that this company is more concerned with me, then making a quick buck!! Best carpet cleaning service ever! I had some gnarly stains on my beige carpet. I was afraid I would have to replace the carpet before I could list my house. But Max worked his magic, and the carpet was saved! His attention to detail and follow up service went beyond the extra mile. I wouldn't call anyone else!
