Terrible customer service.
If you are using a LifeSafer device, this is the place to get your monitoring done! Over the past four months the staff have been so helpful and they are great at explaining the process so you can get your requirements met as soon as possible. You do have to make sure to approve all appointments through LifeSafer first. Monthly monitoring is a quick and easy, and the device was pretty easy to use. Do NOT use this shop. Shady, scams, no receipts, don't pay vendors or services I went to MM auto body because I had a couple scratches on my mom's car that needed to be fixed. They gave me a quote and I agreed. While I was there the owner Mosis mentioned that he buys and sells cars at the dealer auction. I was intrigued since I also buy from the auction. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. They answered my questions thoroughly. I would recommend them to family. They got me back on the road again so I am very satisfied.
So I took my car here for an accident repair. The person who hit my car told me they had someone that would fix it and they could pay them. I didn't want to take them over the coals so I agreed. I took the car in and the shop is filthy there are cars crammed in each bay like sardines. They got my car done in 3 days like specified but from what I know about body work it probably should have been longer.
