I called M&M Appliances on 9/30/2025 to service my Maytag washer, clearly stating that the machine was violently shaking and would not complete the spin cycle. The technician arrived 2 hours late. He diagnosed the issue, left to get a part, and returned to install it. I paid for the service in full, and he assured me he would immediately remedy the issue if it persisted. I love supporting local small businesses! The reviews were decent so we decided to give them a try. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very kind so I felt that it was a good choice. We paid $185 for them to not even replace or repair any parts in a washing machine. They said a part was installed incorrectly so they said they put it in correctly and that would fix the issue.
