I love supporting local small businesses! The reviews were decent so we decided to give them a try. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very kind so I felt that it was a good choice. We paid $185 for them to not even replace or repair any parts in a washing machine. They said a part was installed incorrectly so they said they put it in correctly and that would fix the issue.
