Came too the is shop on this past Saturday July 12th, 2025 . I was Referred by CarMax - Ontario. Spoke with a Serviced Rep. Armando. Made a appointment to be here On Monday July 14th. These Mechanics really helped me out...in getting my Ford Explorer Service in Valuable time . They answered all my questions. Met Daniel , & he was Excellent in getting the rest of my answers done in a quickly matter. Monday: excited to find the shop. Got a repair time of 2.5 hours, and an estimate. Tuesday: I called to make sure the part was available. Wed: Arrived at 8:00 a.m... was THEN told the part wouldn't come till at least 12:00pm (4 hours later), but that I would be out by 1-1:30. They weren't done til 2:30pm. Sadly they were disrespectful of my time, and my concerns; AND they didn't even speak English, so they didn't give me any updates on what was done, when the part came, how it all turned out.
