I’ve been going here for years, but stopped getting my nails done for a year. I decided to come back, and I walked out with messed up cuticles and nails. Very disappointed in my nail tech. She was rushing them and even cut me and made me bleed on two nails. A couple of my nails are also uneven and bumpy. This place has gone downhill. I’m very disappointed. I usually don’t like writing bad reviews, but I don’t think my nails have ever looked this bad. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I’ve been there twice for a basic gel nail polish set and the first time they started chipping 3 days after getting them done, I went back and they were very nice and redid the nails that chipped for me, however they all just ended up chipping again which I just didn’t bother to get them fixed. I went back a few weeks later for a completely new set, mind you all if the nails had chipped to the point I was able to peel off all the polish from every nail but one. For someone who doesn’t get acrylic nails done I wasn’t able to make an informed decision and the different options available . I ended up with something I dislike and too long for my daughter’s wedding . Staff need to spend more time explaining different options not assuming everyone knows what they want. I won’t even talk about the disrespect I felt during and after my pedicure . When I called to tell about my experience reception tried to justify it. I will never return .
