Have enjoyed working with Turner and the MLSullivan Property Management Team. One thing I particularly appreciate is their regular inspections of the property, both drive by and going inside to check the property condition. I also appreciate their prompt responses. Not all property management companies are the same. The last one I worked with in the Raleigh/Durham area was not nearly as good.
