This is not a good agency and I do not recommend them. They verbally abused my son. He is special needs, and paraplegic... I was wondering why he was acting up. I found out why. He told me that they (he had two different aids) called him mean names. I fired them as soon as I found out! If I could give 0 stars, I would have.
This isn’t my experience but it is my very good friends!!!! He was a client for 2 years, and he really needed the help in his home. He is a paraplegic and is unable to do many things that need to be done in his home. Like, going to the store and getting his food and getting his meds. So, about a week and a half ago he had his caregiver inform him that this was her last day.
