They just do not answer their phone but have processed my credit card which I am going to reverse the charge ---I do not think the company exists any longer
I am in process of disputing my charge on my credit card. They have done nothing and there isn't a phone number on their website to call...only email. The phone number I finally found through further searching just has a message referring back to their website. Run as fast as you can and find another service!
I just used this company to list a home in N.C. and the process went very smoothly for me. I also found their prices to be the best I could find. The website was easy to navigate and walked me through the process. I also got a proactive call from customer support when there was an issue with my listing and I was able to correct my issue without delay.
I used them several times, will continue to in the future.The bad reviews are probably from Real Estate Agent NOT REAL CUSTOMERS. spam
