I filed a claim with their bond and got denied because the commodity we were hauling for them is not covered under the bond. I don't know what to do at this point. Does anyone have a solution?

Been in business for 7 years & this is the 1st company that I had to deal with for non payment & then a returned check ! Waited over 110 days to get paid, just for the check to BOUNCE!!!! Today I filed a claim with their bond. Hopefully I will get payment, One day! Good luck to anyone that is looking to get paid!

Worst carriers nightmare came true. They are simply saying "We are working on a long term solution" just for you to forget about your payment, Can anybody fill a lawsuit on these guys? They are literally begging for it.
Company is not paying 2 of our invoices. A total of $3700. They sent a bad check and we will be filing a police report with Edinburg police department
