We contacted MLS for a potential roof problem. The man showed up with no ladder and didnt even go on our roof. Said he would send a quote. For what? No idea. Never received a quote or heard from them again. Another roofer told us the problem wasnt roof related at all. So what MLS planned to do is anyone's guess if they even planned on helping us in the first place. Would not recommend
We had a wonderful experience working with Matt, Kathy, and the entire team for our roof renovation. The MLS team provided a great initial assessment and proposal and kept us updated throughout our roofing project. We are very pleased with the final work and look forward to working with them on future house projects. Highly recommend!

Had MLS repair some water damage and they did a wonderful job. They were efficient and straightforward with communication. Thank you for a job well done.
