Recently my kitchen faucet broke and flooded my kitchen cabinets. I was referred to MLR Builders. They did a great job starting with removing area of wall with mold to staining upper cabinets to match new ones to replacing old countertop with a beautiful granite one. Alex, Wilmer and Ricardo did excellent work and Matt Stubbs coordinated the project helping wherever needed and patiently addressing any questions and/or concerns while keeping me apprised of schedule. MLR Builers took care of our office after a roof leak which required ceiling, wall, and flooring repairs. The whole crew was professional, accomodating, and worked quickly. Considering they had to work around us as we continued to work during the entire process, I was very pleased. The crew was quiet and they did a great job. I personally would use MLR on any personal projects at my home. Jake was extremely easy to work with.
Speedy , courteous, and clean. We just got our roof and it was a days turn around from delivery of supplies. Next day the crew showed up at 7am and was done by 7pm the property was almost spotless that evening. The property was spotless the next day with a secondary cleaning. As a result of the historic snowstorm in Louisiana in January 2025 two pipes froze and burst in my attic above my master bedroom. I was out of town and when the pipes thawed out they flooded my home for two days before anybody knew anything. My ceilings collapsed onto my bedroom floor and bed and the entire home flooded. After ServePro cleaned and dried the home, MLR Builders rebuilt it. I had MLR install my fortified roof, and I must say Mike and Perry along with the crew of workers were very professional and on schedule. From drop off of materials to clean up, they were fantastic to work with. I'm so pleased with my finish product and would highly recommend this company. Thank you, Mike and Perry and the roofing crew, to say I'm pleased is an understatement!!
