I have used MLR Builders for several projects in my home. They do a great job and are easy to work with.
MLR Builders LLC refused to honor its workmanship warranty when asked to address wood floor concerns less than a year after repairs. In response to request, management searched for a reason other than contractors poor workmanship for recurrence of the wood floor concerns in the same area "repaired" less than a year ago.
They recently did some drywall and trim repair work for us and did a fantastic job. The drywall is absolutely seamless. Thank you! Highly recommend.
