Retrain your staff on empathy, professionalism, compassion, & lease knowledge. I am unable to take a job promotion out of state because I am being told I would owe 4 months worth of rent! FOUR! By far the worst property management company we’ve ever had to deal with. Stay far away and all other affiliated rental properties owned by this group.
Do your research before living at a property owned by this company. They are unethical and move out of bad faith! They could care less about tenants, their safety and their rights. Good luck getting ahold of corporate and if you do- be prepared for NO solutions. Just another example of some of the nasty people in this world that exist who move out of greed and ego. You can be harassed & threatened by employees and then get absolutely no help or resolutions from corporate. What a careless, classless and unethical business!
