When we were in the process of renting a three bedroom unit at a property managed by this company, they acted very sketchy. We asked to see the actual unit that we would be renting and they said that we could only know what we were going to lease once we signed the lease and gave a down payment. When asked why they told us that the unit we would be getting was badly damaged and that if we saw it before we signed- there is no way we would agree to live there.
