Very unfair to myself. This is my first experience needing any kind of financial or housing assistance in 45 years. Things happened out of my control. Lost story short I know people that live in this complex that have felonies or felony drug charges or many other awful crimes worse than what I ended up with. I had no criminal record until my son 6 decided to run off after a new lab tht we adopted on a busy street. If I could give this Management company a 0 I would, this company dosen't care about the Residents, or the property. If you have a problem with anything make sure you call HUD"S 800 number, or anyone that doesn't work for MLP management.
Absolutely terrible management! They will take care of “THEIR” people only and they are not afraid to show it.
I love working for this company! I've worked here for 4 months and feel more appreciated than I did working for the state of Kentucky for 15 years! I will give my all to this company just for the way they treat me.
