MLK CONSTRUCTION, LLC were very professional, communicated well with us, did properly all the work needed on our flat roof, according to our contract, and cleaned up very well after they finished their work. I’ve had a great experience with Matt and his crew. 6 years ago, they put a new roof and gutters on my house. I recently called them out because I had a small leak upstairs and a gutter that was starting to come off the side of the house. I was technically just out of warranty, but they fixed the gutter and attempted to fix the leak for free anyway. Josh was fantastic. I showed him all the water spots we were seeing, he took lots of pictures, then thoroughly checked my roof. Another company that came out told us we needed a whole new roof despite the roof only being 8 years old, but he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it same day. I would absolutely recommend working with MLK, they’re honest, thorough, and easy to work with.
