We had such a horrible time getting a loan... we were told we had it... then 3 days before "closing" was told the appraisal came back as not complete because the appraiser listed the house as manufactured when it was built onto a foundation and had a basement added... the appraiser took $150 for his 5 minutes of walking thru the whole house... and it took us 6 months of phone tag and ignored emails and phone calls to even get that far... we eventually found a new home, along with a new lender in less than 2 weeks... mlend wa... read more
