Recommend Landon and team without hesitation! They took our design and choices and created a truly custom home that we love. Process including all financial steps was transparent and honest.
If I could rate Landon and MLD Homes a 10/10 I would. They built our custom home in 2016/17 and it was everything we had hoped it would be! Landon did a superb job of helping us make those tough decisions during the process and the service after the home was finished has been exceptional! Even after 5 years he will work with me if there are items that come up MLD was responsible for. I would certainly use him to build another house over anyone else!
MLD Custom Homes has been our go to for YEARS for home repairs, renovations, and exterior extensions. They always have the best customer service and support. When we had one issue with sprinklers after construction, they were prompt to come out and have the issue fixed under their warranty. MLD Custom Homes is the Best of the Best!
MLD Homes did a great job with our custom pool house/office. The communication was great through the build process and Landon always went out of his way to make sure our questions were answered. I can't say enough about the quality and attention to detail. We will continue to recommend this company to our family and friends.
The built a great house. When asked to come back and replace, fix, and adjust things he was not responsive and asked that I call the subs to work it out. Don’t count on Them after the final check
