f I could give this company a zero stars, I absolutely would. My loan officer Stacey was not good at getting back to me in a timely manner, and her loan processor was even worse. I was asked multiple times to send documents, which I promptly did, yet I never received any confirmation or follow-up. I was originally supposed to close on November 15th the date was push to November 21st. Two days before the 21st, I emailed Stacey asking if we were still on track to close.
