Go see Sebastian, he did a wonderful job. We purchased two cars from him in the last 2 years. Went to woodfield Nissan and they wouldn’t give us the time of day but Sebastian with MLADY Nissan listened and helped us get the vehicles we want.
Back in july I went to the dealership to remove my warranties from my vehicle, so that I could get the bottom line as low as possible, to sell it. (Worst decision ive made to purchase this vehicle. Ultimately its my decision to agree to it, so im not faulting the dealership for that) however, I have contacted finance countless time since july, to have the warranties removed. Initially i was told it takes potentially up to 8 weeks and now i keep getting voicemails and not receiving call backs. I wonder if ill get a call back ... read more
Hugo was fabulous and extremely knowledgeable about both the Rogue and Kicks I was looking at and trying to decide between. The entire process from my first connection with Gio / Joey reaching out about my inquiry, test driving with Hugo and the questions I had, all the way through management and finance with the final paperwork was a great experience.
