They don't follow through with what they promise (i.e. lease termination agreement?) They have an absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from their salesmen. Eddie there threatened my mom who's just trying to help me get the letter or document I need. I'm a single dad, Marine Corps Veteran and they've done nothing to help me but have me lose my first home I was trying to close on because they kept falling through with their promises.
RecommendedIf anyone needs a vehicle from a friendly, respectful, and caring team. Go to M’lady Nissan. There is no question as to why it’s #1!!! Ask for Nathen Rodriguez and his team will do everything they can to get you the car you need.
