Great experience for someone who is a hard poke!
Terrible all around. Don’t trust any of the phlebotomists with your arms. Had to do some blood tests over a week ago, routine. The lady was in such a hurry for some reason, I told her I prefer my right for the blood draw. She told me it doesn’t matter, took my arm stabbed me with a large needle. When I told her ouch that hurt, immediately shifted the blame to me saying “you have small veins”, I was in such disbelief that my small veins were “to blame”. Staff is very rude and not helpful at all during check-in
I got to the lab on a Saturday morning at 8:25am and signed in for a blood draw. I was told it’ll be a long wait around an hour. Finally at 9:52am after they start calling people who arrived after me, I go up to the window to make sure I was not forgotten about and get told that there was no standing orders in my chart. No apology given. Just states my doctor must have not entered the order. Which yeah that is on my doctor, but someone should’ve called me up to the window after I signed in to let me know there were no orders... read more
