Staff is very rude and not helpful at all during check-in
I got to the lab on a Saturday morning at 8:25am and signed in for a blood draw. I was told it’ll be a long wait around an hour. Finally at 9:52am after they start calling people who arrived after me, I go up to the window to make sure I was not forgotten about and get told that there was no standing orders in my chart. No apology given. Just states my doctor must have not entered the order. Which yeah that is on my doctor, but someone should’ve called me up to the window after I signed in to let me know there were no orders... read more
I rely heavily on reviews for any place I plan to visit, and the 3.7 for this lab honestly had me concerned. I didn't have time to go out to Ann Arbor, so I decided to give it a try anyway, and my experience was GREAT. The staff was very friendly, it was busy, but the wait time wasn't long, and it was the easiest blood draw I've experienced in my life, and I've had more than my fair share.
