As others have mentoned, Veronica is very unprofessional. After already drawing blood, she informed me that they can't complete the test my Dr. ordered. I tried to figure out why they drew blood if they couldn't do the test and any question I asked was answered with, "we dont do that here".
I went in today to have a sensitivity test ran, Veronica at the front desk of labs was very unprofessional and honestly rude, made me feeling like I did something wrong when in fact I did not. I told the manager on duty. I've been to this location often sad that this happened to me today.

Terrible all around. Don’t trust any of the phlebotomists with your arms. Had to do some blood tests over a week ago, routine. The lady was in such a hurry for some reason, I told her I prefer my right for the blood draw. She told me it doesn’t matter, took my arm stabbed me with a large needle. When I told her ouch that hurt, immediately shifted the blame to me saying “you have small veins”, I was in such disbelief that my small veins were “to blame”.
