I have been coming here for blood draws for over 10 years. I think this is one of the best places ever! It seems I’m usually out in about 10-15 minutes. I’m one of those guys that would get lightheaded, but once I started coming here all of that quit happening. I even had a phlebotomist that seemed like they were new. This location used to be very professional. The current staff lacks professionalism and the desire to help. On September 13th at 8:30 a.m. I arrived 30 minutes early for my timed 12-hour blood draw, just to be moved to the back of the line. I was skipped over several times because my blood draw wasn't considered priority. I asked the technician/phlebotomist at the front desk, Taylor Levy, to look at my records to prove the importance of my timed labs, but she insisted that I needed documentation from my physician/provider, i... read more

The receptionist was impatient and rude. She didn't want questions. This was on Saturday May 11 at 11:30.
