MLA sent my personal information on a mandatory document containing my SIN number and home address to someone who wasn’t an intended as a recipient. This company is completely incompetent when it comes to handling the Strand Alina project. Kelly Richardson, the customer experience manager, doesn't bother returning messages. The project schedule has been accelerated twice by the developer, and a request by me to shift the one hour homeowner orientation (which I was given with two weeks notice) by a few days due to a planned vacation was rejected outright with the explanation that it may compromise the building completion date. Their property on Sussex has a loud pump that runs over night while also hissing and smelling of sewage. They lower the quality of living in the area.
