Terrible parking stall assignment, no floor plan before asking me to sign the parking stall assignment paper and then ended up giving me two parking spots that are far away from each other.
They are super inflexible people, who don't care about the consequences of their decisons on the homeowners. Stay away from any developers that use them
The company whose agent called me 5 times in a SINGLE day for open house follow-ups!! From my experience with other realtors and open houses, it’s usually just one polite call or email. This felt overly pushy and aggressive—definitely not a great approach.
Kylie Chen is the most unprofessional and rude realtor I’ve met. Reluctant to answer questions, and when I said that I’m still browsing, she immediately said “ill not waste my time then” and when back to her computer :)
