I had a positive experience with Infinium. Out of three different solar PV system installers that I contacted to replace an inverter, Infinium was by far the most responsive. They provided helpful advice about how to get a replacement installer from the manufacturer, then were very on top of things as we scheduled a tech visit to swap in the new inverter.
