I recently had a solar system installed at my house by Infinium. It is a fairly large system with 15 roof panels and two battery parks with 20 kWh of storage. Recently we moved to a new property where the previous owners did not give any documents regarding Solar system. Reached Solar Infinium. From the first call itself, they were very welcoming and encouring that they will support till I get the PTO. The process started. Jiel Justo was very thoughtful, helpful, proactive and resolved our issue very quickly.
Infinium Solar did a good job on the service call. Jiel helped get a technician out the same day, which was appreciated. Dimitri came out, looked over the system, and found the issue without making it complicated. I appreciated the quick response.
