Excellent experience from start to finish. Alvin de Guzman was a pleasure to work with, and he made what is usually a frustrating process feel easy. I was having issues with my power wall losing wifi connection. I also wasn't able to control one of the power walls from my phone. Dimitri came out and thoroughly inspected every inch. He was able to get WiFi connected and also made sure my app was now working and reporting accurately. He arrived within 1.5 hours of me asking for help. Amazing service! Will recommend!
Before deciding on Infinium Solar, I had met with other companies who told us that our roof could only accommodate a limited number of panels, that batteries could not be placed in the garage but would need to be installed in unsightly places such as our front porch, and that certain trees would have to be removed to meet code.
