Infinium installed a new solar system with batteries on my house about a year ago. The entire process went very smoothly, except for the city inspector, which had nothing to do with Infinium. Recently I was having trouble connecting my system with the internet, which I count on to monitor the system. Infinium customer support got right on the problem when I contacted them. Infinium did my solar installation, about 7 years (for previous owner of my house). After I bought and transferred service, Infinium continued to help with my system - mainly with portal and few times with battery. Their technical support is excellent; shoutout to Jiel Justo who has been very patient and helpful in solving software issues and in some cases getting help from the software vendor (SolarEdge). Very happy with Infinium and would sure involve them in any future expansion of my system.

I received excellent customer service! from Technical Support Representative Jiel Justo! She was very clear, patient and kind while she explained to me how to navigate one of the primary Apps I'll be using with my new solar panels and battery backup system.
