Giving this company a 1 star review is more then they deserve. The young couple purchasing my home has been in underwriting for almost 2 months. Everytime they turn in documation it takes ML Mortage almost a week before processors even send it to the Underwriter. I fell bad for the couple buying my home having to go through this horrible experience as first time home buyers.
By far the worst company to work with. Left waiting so long I lost my dream home
