I was having stomach issues and Dr Lufrano was booked after coming back from vacation but having seen her in the past she squeezed me in to make sure I was okay . She preformed tests in the offfice and will get the results in a few weeks at my next appointment. The staff is very thorough and friendly . The office puts you at ease and makes sure you are well taken care of. She’s an excellent Dr. I recommend her highly .
Dr. Maria Lufrano is an excellent Dr. Today was my first office visit and I was a little nervous until I met her then I was not so nervous. She is very kind, caring and explained everything. She listened and took her time with me. I am very comfortable with her and happy I chose her for my Dr. I highly recommend her. Also her staff were very kind.
It was very difficult dealing with her office. I was given a script for a certain medicine for my colonoscopy. When I indicated it looks like it had me magnesium in it. I called the office. It took three days for them to get back to me and I had already put in my chart why I could not have magnesium and it took a second set a phone calls and a third set of phone calls before I got the answer that I could take a substitute.
